Transport policy

Mode of transportation

We offer various transportation methods to meet your needs, including standard transportation, express transportation, and international transportation. The specific transportation methods and fees will be displayed at checkout.

Transport time

Standard shipping: Expected to be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Urgent shipping: Expected to be delivered within 2-3 working days.

International transportation: Delivery expected within 7-14 working days, the specific time depending on the destination.

Please note that the shipping time does not include order processing time. Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days.

Freight cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order amount, weight, and destination. Orders exceeding a certain amount are eligible for free standard shipping.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track your package on our logistics partner's website.

Return policy

We accept return applications within 30 days of receiving the goods. The returned goods must be in unused condition and the packaging must be intact.

Return process

Contact our customer service team and provide the order number and reason for return.

After receiving the return authorization, please send the item back to the return address provided by us.

We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods.

Refund

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
